Old California Bench Warrants

If you saw one of my earlier posts you will know that a California bench warrant will never be removed by the court until it is recalled by a judge. Therefore, if you have a old California bench warrant you must either go to court on your own or hire an attorney if it is a misdemeanor criminal charge and have the bench warrant recalled.
