A former Chino Hills High School teacher has pleaded guilty to two felonies for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old girl student of a Chino Hills High School. Justin Wallin pleaded guilty to the felony charges on Monday in the Chino Superior Court.Wallin is expected to serve about a year in California State prison based on his plea.
